We walked in to look at stoves. We needed four stoves. The young sales lady tried to get the manager to help us with pricing. The manager was too busy doing personal visiting to even get out of her chair to talk to us. We who live in LaBelle, expect service. Sears needs to train their managers that without customer service skills, the product will not move..needless to say, we are purchasing elsewhere.

Not as big and limited stuff
The absolute worst experience I've ever had! I ordered a slide in range from Sears on the 22nd and was told it would be the 24th. The deal included free delivery, $15 hook up and$15 take away of old range. On the 24th no range. When I finally got thru to installation and delivery I was told I hadn't paid for installation. I told them I had, they said take it up with store, went to store, was told the " sales associate " had placed the order but forgot to charge me the$30 for hook up&take away. Ok, let me pay, no now it's $50 for delivery, $188 for hook upand$25 for take away. Also, the clerk keep saying I didn't pay. No, the other clerk didn't enter it, I thought I had paid! And their mistake should now cost me $268!!! the tech tried to tell me it was harder to hook up a slide in than a free standing range which is complete BS. The fault lies with Sears itself. The only way the clerk could enter the $30 was to cancel the original sale and redo it. Ok, this lead to everything else. Today's the 26th and still no range. I would give it no stars if I could.
